Who are we?
Experienced professionals with a clear future-oriented vision
Kjell Cazaerck
CEO
Chief visionary, Kjell is the driving force behind the company. He keeps his hands full by contributing to the development of customer-focused solutions, marketing, and customer experience strategies. Kjell has 15 years of sales experience, from account manager to Global Sales Manager, in various sectors: climate control for commercial buildings at DAIKIN, mechanical engineering at Nedschroef Machinery, and logistics process automation at ABB Robotics Solutions. In 2024, he took the step to become an entrepreneur to further expand SensorSolution from an already established company into the GoTo company for sensor solutions in the world of entrance automation, (auto)lifts, gates, windows, and specific customer applications.
Olivier Christiaens
R&D Director
Olivier began his career as an electrical engineer at an engineering firm. After a few years of experience, he turned to entrepreneurship and became the owner of an installation company specializing in electricity, charging stations, PV panels, and more. At SensorSolution, he serves as R&D Director and contributes to customized solutions for our customers.
Paul De Leener
Advisor
Paul has over 30 years of experience in the sensor industry. After completing his technical studies, he worked for many years as a sales manager at CEDES, an internationally recognized player in sensors. In 2020, Paul founded his own company, SensorSolution. Thanks in part to his extensive network, he successfully shaped the company in just a few years. In 2024, Paul transferred SensorSolution to its current management.
Gunther Van den Ackerveken
Partner
Gunther has many years of experience in the ICT and engineering sectors. He started a consultancy firm at a young age, expanding it with his partner, and he remains active in this field. For 15 years, he was Founder/CEO of an engineering company, which he and his strong team built into an established company before exiting. From that point on, Gunther focused on investing in several companies. In 2024, Gunther connected with Paul, which led to the acquisition of SensorSolution and its current management.
